1. Using the site

You may browse the site and, where available, create an account, save a cart and place orders. You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must not misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at a rate that affects other users, or using it for unlawful purposes.

2. Accounts

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used fraudulently.

3. Products, prices and orders

We take care to describe products and specifications accurately, but colours and images may differ slightly from the product. Prices and availability may change without notice.

An order is accepted only when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, limited stock or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment already taken.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, images, product designs, logos and software, belongs to Auvi Entertainment Inc Limited or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

5. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

6. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
