Promotion terms

These terms apply to promotions, offers and campaigns run by Auvi Entertainment Inc Limited on the AUVI website, unless a promotion states otherwise.
1. Eligibility and period
A promotion is available only in the regions and during the period stated on its page, and while stock lasts. Each promotion may state further eligibility conditions.
2. Using offers
Unless stated, offers cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes, have no cash value, and cannot be applied to past orders. Discount codes must be entered at checkout.
3. Returns and refunds
If you return a product bought under a promotion, the refund is limited to the amount you actually paid. Any free gift or bundled item may need to be returned with it.
4. Misuse
We may withhold or cancel an offer, and cancel related orders, where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud or a pricing error.
5. Changes
We may amend, suspend or end a promotion at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
